I have a confession to make. A deep, dark secret. I have an addiction. It is an all-consuming passion for human resources management and development. When I am away from good, strategic human resources management, I get severe withdrawal symptoms … annoyance and rabid devouring of as much strategic HR material as possible. The only way to maintain my sobriety is to not only execute human resource management best practices, but to educate and encourage others to do the same. This willingness to share also extends to non-HR practitioners, who may not be interested in the field, but just need to have an understanding of their obligations, rights and privileges as employees.
